As a corporate financial planning firm, Lantern Capital Advisors only works on a consulting rather than brokerage basis so that clients know we have no bias towards the amount or type of financing selected.  Similar to attorneys and CPAs, we charge our clients for our time, not a percentage of capital raised or brokerage fees.
